WHEN CAN I VISIT THE SPACE?
We would love to show you all The Vineyard has to offer.
Due to our active event calendar, all tour and meetings should be scheduled in advance.
HOW DO I RESERVE MY WEDDING DATE?
Submit a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your venue rental and estimated catering costs. Sign and Return your contract.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER BOOKING?
Yes! You may make updates to your food, beverage, and rental selections during the planning process. Each time changes are made, we’ll send an updated contract for your review.
Your estimated guest count can be adjusted after booking.
Final details—including guest count, menu selections, layout, and event timeline—are due 14 days prior to your event and cannot be reduced after that point.
MAY I BRING IN OUTSIDE ALCOHOL?
No alcohol is permitted to be carried in. Painted Plate holds an ABC Permit, therefore all alcoholic beverages upon the premises must be provided and served by our staff. We offer a variety of bar service options to fit your budget.
MAY I BRING IN WEDDING CAKE OR SPECIALTY DESSERTS?
Absolutely! You may bring in your own cake or desserts, and we’re happy to provide cake-cutting service at no extra charge.
DO YOU OFFER TIME FOR A WEDDING REHEARSAL?
We offer 1.5 hours to rehearse the week of your wedding.
The day and time is based upon availability and can be booked 30 days prior to your wedding.
IS THERE A WEATHER BACKUP PLAN FOR OUTDOOR CEREMONIES?
We have beautiful indoor options as a weather backup. We’ll discuss an inclement weather plan during your planning meeting, and finalize the decision during the week of your wedding. While we aim to honor your preferences, safety and comfort come first. Final decisions may be made by management for safety reasons.
DO I HAVE TO USE CERTAIN VENDORS? IS THERE A WEDDING COORDINATOR REQUIREMENT?
All food, beverage, and rental items (including linens, china, chairs, lighting, and draping) must be secured through The Vineyard and Painted Plate. Outside vendors for wedding planning, floral, entertainment, and photography are welcome.
CAN I BRING IN MY OWN DÉCOR?
Yes, personal décor is welcome! However, all setup and removal must take place during your rental period.
NOT PERMITTED
-Confetti, glitter, sequins
-Bubble Machine or pyrotechnics
-Nails, Tacks, Glue, Staples on walls, floors, or columns
-Open flame
WHAT CAN WE USE FOR OUR EXIT?
Approved exit items include:
-Sparklers
-Glow sticks
-Fiber optic or ribbon wands
-Bubbles
-Butterfly releases
-Fresh petals or leaves (outdoor use only)
Not allowed:
-Confetti
-sequins
-glitter
-Rice
-birdseed
-Fire lanterns
GENERAL NOTES:
• All decorations must be removed without causing damage.
• Nothing may be suspended from light fixtures, fans, or air ducts.
• Venue furniture may not be rearranged.
